ALLEGHENY – Sen. Devlin Robinson (R-37) and Rep. Valerie Gaydos (R-44) will be hosting a Sportsmen’s and Gun Safety Expo on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Findlay Community Activity Center located at 310 Main St., Imperial.
“Outdoor sports and firearm activities are a huge Pennsylvanian tradition, as we have some of the best wildlife and lands in the country,” Robinson said. “I encourage all firearm owners, as well as hunting, angling and outdoor enthusiasts to attend this informative event to learn more about available services and to talk to the experts and organizations. I hope to see you there.”
The expo will have panelists present to provide resources on the importance of gun safety, especially as hunting season quickly approaches in Pennsylvania. Attendees will have the opportunity ask questions to a range of panelists including the Honorable Justice Anthony Sevakis, the Fish and Boat Commission, the Pennsylvania State Police and many others.
In addition, the event will feature a wide variety of state and local agencies and vendors showcasing opportunities to become more active in the great outdoors anytime of the year.
