➢ SB 72 (Kane) – Amends the Construction Workplace Misclassification Act to allow for debarment of violators, referral of cases to the Office of Attorney General, a private right of action, and enhancement of other penalties for violations.
➢ SB 581 (Miller) – Amends Act 173 of 1975 to modernize payroll methods to include allowing for employers to require payment by electronic method if certain conditions are met.
