- SB 142 (Bartolotta) – Establishes the Broadcast Freemarket Act prohibiting non-compete agreements in broadcast contracts to the extent the non-compete restricts movement to a new employer or movement within a geographic area.
- SB 908 (Farry) – Amends the Prevailing Wage Act to extend prevailing wage requirements to offsite custom fabrication and prohibits payment of multiple wage rates on the same project.
- SB 1269 (Picozzi) – Establishes the Commercial and Nonresidential Products and Property Protection Act to allow businesses to install electrified perimeter security systems if certain conditions are met.
