During National Crime Prevention Month, I’m partnering with @repjeremyshaffer, @repnataliemihalek, and @repgaydos to better protect victims, communities, and law enforcement by calling for reforms to Pennsylvania’s bail process to ensure the most dangerous criminals are not released back into our communities.
Pennsylvanians deserve a criminal justice system that takes the threat of violent crime seriously and puts public safety at the forefront of bail decisions.
📚 This National Book Month, I want to celebrate the profound win for PA students that we were able to pass into law last year to ensure all PA children are reading proficiently by the end of third grade.
I was proud to work in a bipartisan manner with @senhughesoffice, @reportitay, @repjustinfleming, and many other advocates to get this important bill signed into law.

The Senate passed legislation to increase penalties for school bus drivers who transport children while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, boosting protection of the 1.5 million PA children transported on school buses every day. Read more at www.pasenategop.com.

Meet Devlin Robinson
Robinson was first elected to the 37th Senatorial District in 2020. His legislative priorities include: lowering and reforming tax codes; assisting and honoring veterans, first responders and law enforcement; supporting small businesses; and enhancing manufacturing and labor opportunities. He has had nine bills signed into law.
