Another great Veterans Breakfast took place this morning at Christ Church Bethel Park. These are fun, festive, informative events. Reminder to veterans: my office is here to assist with any issues plus we host a benefits expert from the American Legion every month. Call for details. Thank you for your service!

It was great having my interns in Harrisburg this week! Rylee and Ella are spending most of their time this summer in my district offices, where they’re learning about the many aspects of constituent services. Glad they could spend a couple of days with my Harrisburg team as well to get a firsthand look at the legislative side of things. If you know any college students who are interested in interning with me at any point in the year, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

As we conclude PTSD Awareness Month, I am proud to co-sponsor Senate Resolution 122. This resolution urges Congress to pass the TREAT PTSD Act and better support our veterans by addressing this critical mental health need.

With the storms last week I was called out to inspect a sinkhole in the district. If you see any problems from these storms, please contact my district office.

For 50 years, its members have been dedicated to assisting Vietnam veterans in-need. Welcome home. Thank you all for your service!

Glad to see House Bill 103, the companion bill to my senate legislation, pass through the Senate Game and Fisheries committee this week. This legislation would increase penalties for abandoning boats, which poses environmental and recreational hazards to PA waterways. Thank you to my colleague Rep.
