additional data in the annual UC report.
➢ SB 1232 (Pennycuick) – Amends the Workers Compensation Act to provide for the payment of
benefits by direct deposit.
➢ HB 1333 (Dawkins) – Amends the Stuffed Toy Manufacturing Act to allow the use of recycled
materials in stuffed toys sold in Pennsylvania and updates labeling requirements.
