Robinson Announces Committee Assignments for 2025-26 Legislative Session

HARRISBURG – Sen. Devlin Robinson (R-37) has been appointed to several influential Senate committees for the 2025-26 legislative session, including continuing his leadership role as chair of the Senate Labor and Industry Committee.

“Pennsylvania’s workforce is the backbone of our economy,” said Robinson. “As chair of the Labor and Industry Committee, I am committed to supporting workers and businesses alike, fostering policies that create jobs, ensure fair labor practices and strengthen the economic vitality of our commonwealth.”

Robinson will also serve as vice chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, where he will work on improving Pennsylvania’s transportation infrastructure. This role includes addressing challenges related to roads, bridges, public transit and other critical transportation systems.

“Transportation is a key driver of economic growth and community connectivity,” said Robinson. “As vice chair, I look forward to collaborating on solutions to modernize and improve our infrastructure to meet the needs of Pennsylvanians.”

Robinson’s additional committee assignments include:

  • Banking and Insurance Committee, which oversees financial institutions, insurance policies and regulatory matters.
  • Community, Economic and Recreational Development Committee, focusing on economic growth, community investment and recreational initiatives.
  • Institutional Sustainability and Innovation Committee, addressing sustainability and innovation in public institutions.
  • Law and Justice Committee, which works on legislation related to law enforcement, public safety and more.
  • Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, which guides the legislative process and considers executive appointments.
