Devlin Robinson’s (R-37) initiative included in House Bill 2301 has been approved by the Senate Transportation Committee today to allow recipients of the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (GWOT-EM) to apply for a specialty license plate at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
