To close reporting gaps and better protect children in digital spaces, the Senate approved legislation requiring teachers, doctors, and other mandated reporters to notify authorities of all child sexual abuse material they’re aware of – including AI-generated.

Eliminating RGGI is a major win for Pennsylvania workers and families. This illegal carbon tax would have driven up electricity bills, cut jobs, and weakened our energy independence – I’m proud to have joined many of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle and supported its elimination in this year’s state budget.

No-cost follow-up diagnostic imaging for patients who receive abnormal breast cancer screening results was signed into law on Nov. 24! This is a major advancement in cancer care and early detection, and I was proud to vote in favor of its passage. The new state budget expands the successful Educational Improvement Tax Credit program, giving parents more power to choose the best school for their children. This is crucial for families with students attending economically disadvantaged schools who need other options to support their educational journeys.
My office is hosting an unclaimed property event at our Bethel Park district office on Thursday, Dec. 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To see if you have any unclaimed property, stop by, and a representative from the @patreasury’s office will help you claim your money!

Meet Devlin Robinson
Robinson was first elected to the 37th Senatorial District in 2020. His legislative priorities include: lowering and reforming tax codes; assisting and honoring veterans, first responders and law enforcement; supporting small businesses; and enhancing manufacturing and labor opportunities. He has had nine bills signed into law.
